Try out the brand new design from Dufour...
We have a brand new Dufour 382 available from Corfu in the Ionian Islands! We think this could be our favourite new yacht from Dufour with its versatile 3 cabin, 2 head layout and modern design. The best part? It is available from as little as £1575 for the week both early and late season (just £395 per person based on 4 sharing). Read on to find out more about the yacht, check availability or check out our rough sailing guide to One Week Sailing from Corfu.
This 11 meter-long yacht was designed to optimise on-board comfort in all sailing conditions. Its large dropdown swim deck and open interior create a brilliant space to enjoy the ultimate sailing holiday on a yacht that is still small enough to be easy to handle. Its modern design appeals to all tastes and offers a perfect setting day and night.
Designed by Dufour Yachts in association with Umberto Felci (well-known Italian yacht designers for those not in the know), this 38-foot yacht sports the latest innovations in terms of hull and appendage design and architecture. The Dufour Grand Large 382 is also equipped with rigging to maximise comfort on board and to keep the yacht well balanced in all sailing conditions.
Equipped with a full batten mainsail and a self-tacking jib, this yacht will also satisfy sailors looking for performance and an ultimate sailing experience, whilst offering optimum control and ease of handling.
Sailing from Corfu Island
Swim, sail & simply relax... sailing from Corfu is perfect for beginners or those of you introducing friends and family who are new to sailing. The North Ionian Islands are full of quaint and scenic harbours coupled up with picture perfect anchorages with gin clear water. What's not to love?
What's the area like?
This route takes in some of the most picturesque harbours in the Ionian Islands. This sailing area is largely sheltered by Corfu and Paxos Islands, with regular afternoon breezes. We always tend to spend our evenings in wonderfully ethnic Greek village harbours and bays where you can swim and simply relax.
Our Top Tips
Head to Emerald Bay on Anti-Paxos Island for a swim stop! The water is reminiscent of the Caribbean. But make sure you get there early before the day trip boats! Mooring fees in Greece aren’t really a thing unless you head for a marina (which are few and far between)! If you do get asked by the port authorities to pay you can expect it to be no more than €10 for a 38ft yacht but this most likely won’t happen.
